How I love the sacraments more and more...and when I didn't think I could love them any more! I just tear up whenever a child (or adult) receives for the first time. We will be keeping your daughter (and all those preparing) in our prayers!
Patty, I cry at most Sacraments even if I don't know the person. Of course, there's a supernatural quality to the happening.
You know what's going to be the weirdest part for me. Not seeing it thru a lens. I won't be photographing it and I will miss capturing it on film but I will offer it up and I think the tears will come on even more strongly.
Prayers for your daughter. Our son will be celebrating his First Holy Communion on May 12... first, though, we will be celebrating our daughter's Confirmation on April 30. Such an exciting time! Peace +JMJ+
